This was taken a while ago, before L learned to crawl, but it is a funny little clip showing a variation of the monkey call (along with some moments of frustation- the nerve of that teddy bear to be so unresponsive). More monkey calls to come...

The Stroller Pose

Pumpkins

We all went pumpkin picking today, and were reminded that there are way too many people in NJ. Three places we passed within a 5-10 mile radius had car lines waiting, with an already jam packed parking lot. One of them must have had about 100 cars parked all over the farm, and had caused a traffic jam. Trying to appreciate the simpler pleasures has become not so simple. Layna enjoyed the many opportunities to nap while in the car, while also entertaining us with her monkey calls from the back seat. (next post- monkey call video)
