perspective

this is the start of a new workspace. now layna has plenty of room to hang out with me while i work. (once she's done with the filing)
we spent our sunday doing a domino change of all of the upstairs rooms except layna's. new bedroom, new guest room, new office/studio. a fresh new perspective.

daddy's little girl

she is scott's mini-me.

had to go to the eye dr. to rule out a lazy eye. she passed with flying colors. all good.

This photo was taken at night at a class I took a few years ago at NYU. It seems like yesterday, but my world is such a different one than it was at this time.

the storm's coming in and ruining the evening we had planned. L was going to have her first boat ride on the ferry to manhattan to watch her daddy play in his last black hollies show. we're disappointed.
but we'll have a weekend of rainy day movie and snuggle time that'll make up for it.
